Development Finance Brokers is a trading style of Lenzie Consulting Ltd. We arrange development, bridging and mezzanine finance for property professionals — we do not lend our own balance sheet. Our role is to structure the right facility, or combination of facilities, and place it with the panel lender positioned to fund it on the best terms.
We work across the full capital stack — senior, stretch senior, mezzanine and JV equity — so a scheme that needs more than one tranche of capital is structured as one coherent plan rather than several separate conversations with different brokers.

We act as a commercial finance broker and work with a panel of lenders to find suitable development finance, bridging finance, and mezzanine finance solutions for property professionals. All lending is subject to status, valuation, and lender criteria. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
